2. "Firstly, I want to say that I am a critical shopper, so with this in mind, pls read on. I ordered their product online and opted for ground delivery. Then I reconsidered due to our coming upon a weekend that would have most certainly delayed delivery (and this was ordered for a birthday). So, I phoned the merchant and left a voice mail. They phoned me back within the hour and re-arranged delivery for next business day (via UPS) with NO extra charge. They assured me that the package (birthday gift) would be there by the day after tomorrow (Friday).The upshot was, to my surprise, a representative of the company "personally" delivered the package to me the next business day, Thursday! (the merchant is within 25 miles of me) and the package contained a birthday greeting inside from the company. Their service and professionalism was beyond reproach and their product is just as fine. Would highly recommend this vendor to all interested. Wonderful company and beautiful merchandise!"
