Custom Models

Please follow these instructions to confirm your custom order. The cost to create most custom models is $200.00. Please note that Custom Orders do not qualify for any additional discounts as the custom models are made to order and have to be shipped direct from our shops to you.

1) Click on the order button to order your custom models. Please note you will be charged for the full amount of the order but not the shipping costs. The shipping costs will be charged once you approve the work.

2) Once you have received the confirmation email from us please forward that email to us with the information including 5 to 10 photos of the model you want us to reproduce. When ordering a automobile please take angle photos and close up photos of the rims , tail and front bumpers. If you are ordering an aircraft 5 photos will be enough as we probably have more in our database. If any additional information is required by us we will contact you right away.

3) Once we receive this email from you we will reply to you with estimated shipping dates which should be between 8 to 10 weeks from the time you placed the order. Please note that in some cases the master craftsmen will take longer in which case we will notify you in advance if there will be any delay.

4) Upon completion of the custom models we will email you photos for your approval at which time we will make any adjustments if need be.

5) Once you approve the work we will send you an Invoice for the shipping fee of $50 and the model will ship to you within 7 to 10 days after the payment is made. All shipments are sent by ocean unless you request Expedited shipping for an additional $100 fee.

All custom models are carefully handcrafted based on your specifications provided by you. Our custom models are made by master craftsmen and women who will chip away, sand and finish your model with a high gloss finish making it a very unique creation. The quality is always guaranteed and if for any reason you do not like the end work we will gladly remake it or issue a full refund.
